The first step in the business review process is an introductory and information gathering meeting. Details of your company in terms of size and locations will be pursued together with an understanding being gained about your company’s current use of telecommunications, utilities and other relevant issues that need to be looked at. Once all the information is obtained a follow up meeting is set up at which recommendations are made and your agreement is sort to proceed to the implementation stage.
